Shipping

We are very happy to make our Handcrafted Primitives available for purchase online. All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of reciept with few exceptions. If you want a different size or color it will normally take 3 to 5 days to ship. Custom orders will be judged individually.

Payment

We except, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Your credit card purchases are processed securely by

PayPal. Your charge receipt will show your purchase as Jill's Bar-B-Que.

Sorry, at present, we do not except orders outside the USA.

Disclaimer

Please note that our items can and do have small cracks, and are built to look old and worn.All sizes on listings are close estimates and colors can look different on different computers.

All items purchased from us are made persuant to a shipping contract. This means the risk of loss and title

for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for determing the suitability of all product sold by us, for their specific use. We assume no liaibility for damage or injury resulting from the use of these products sold or supplied by this company, We will not be responsible for shipper damage.

Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 (five) days of receipt. Returns are at the sole discretion of our company, Dissatisfaction due to design or color are never refundable. Be sure you know what you are ordering. Customer satisfaction and a high quality product are our top priorities, however, we are a sight unseen custonizing business and buyer purchases knowing products are non-returnable except for gross miscalculation by us. Such things as large size difference or wrong color (red when you ordered bue) etc.

Returns must be recieved, in its new unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Safeguard your purchase against damage or loss in the mail by insuring it. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is not reimbursed.

Although we pack every item as carefully as possible, occasionally, an item may arrive damaged. If this happens,please retain all original packing material, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
